The annual subscription plans for tech support offered by Pandaje Support provides twelve month warranty period and can be refunded within the 30 days of receiving your subscription payment. However, based on pure discretion of company management of the virtues of any particular case, the payment amount can be refunded if you are not satisfied with our service. We will give our best efforts to resolve the issue of consumers as soon as possible. If you would be still not satisfied with our service then we will give you a refund based on our refund policy which is applicable under following conditions.
We provide 30 days money refund policy under following terms and conditions. For Annual/ Small Business Plans
If claim is requested within 30 calendar days of subscription, then full subscription payment will be refunded.
The refund policy is not applicable under any circumstances for per incidence plans.
After 30 calendar days of subscription, no money will be refunded.
Refunds are applicable for either of the following circumstances:
When you have all the prerequisites which are needed to resolve the issues and that are not done or resolved even when your account was active.
The issue is out of scope for the specific plan.
After the issue was last worked upon by Pandaje Support service, 30 days have not passed.
There has not been a closed ticket or resolved issue in the past for unlimited plans.
You should be well aware and accept that under any circumstances Pandaje Support will not be liable for any data loss or software corruption. We strongly suggest the users to always keep and maintain backup of data and our disaster recovery plan. Every user has to submit a plan order and complete the registration procedure. You should provide full, updated and correct information at the time of registration process. You will get the option to choose your user name and password and you are independently responsible for maintaining the privacy of your login details including passwords. Apart from this, you are also responsible for any or all activities that take place in your account. In case of any unauthorized access and breach of your account, you should inform Pandaje Support immediately. Pandaje Support will not be responsible for any misconduct that happens because of anyone else using your password or account, either with or without your permission. However you could be held responsible for such losses suffered by Pandaje Support if anyone else is using your account or password. You are also not allowed to use account of anyone else without legal permission of its original owner.
